OVERVIEW
--------
The EDITCNFG program is a small program written with Visual Basic to allow
the user to edit the CONFIG.SYS and AUTOEXEC.BAT files with his computer.

INSTRUCTIONS
------------
These two files must reside in the root directory of drive C. (C:\)
They will automatically be loaded when the program is loaded, 
and editing can be performed on them together. To save the changes, 
click the word Save on the top row. To exit EDITCNFG, click the word
Exit.
